Estimado/a Arie, Le agradecemos enormemente sus comentarios en relación a su estancia en Novotel Barcelona City. Es siempre un placer recibir comentarios y saber que en general tuvo una agradable estancia con nosotros. Tal y como informamos en las caracteristicas de reserva todas las habitaciones del hotel cuentan con camas Queen size y no disponemos de habitaciones con 2 camas. Debido a la fuerte sequia que vive Cataluña y a las recomendaciones ambientales por parte del ayuntamiento de la ciudad ofrecemos agua no embotellada a nuestros clientes ya que es agua potable de buena calidad. Y bajo pago el cliente puede disponer siempre que quiera de agua embotellada. Dear Michael and family, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Barcelona City. After reading your comment with the utmost attention, we inform you that the terrace is open 24 hours a day and the pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. We regret that these long hours have not allowed you and your family to enjoy the facilities. We try to offer ample hours so that before and after discovering the city our clients can enjoy the terrace and the pool, always taking into account the ambient temperature.
